TEAMS may also arrive 1 hr prior to the tournament to sign up your team. OR if you don't have enough youth for a team - just show up 1 hr prior and we can help you complete a team!!

4th ANNUAL COMMUNITY YOUTH DODGEBALL TOURNAMENT

Please join us for our 4th annual Community Youth Dodgeball Tournament on January 8, 2011. The tournament location is Christ United Methodist Church, 2375 East 3300 South, Salt Lake City, UT

Junior High Tournament (6th - 8th Grade) check in is 11:30 a.m. with matches starting at 12 noon.
Senior High Tournament (9th through 12th grade) check in is 2:30 p.m. with matches starting at 3 p.m.

Teams consist of 6 players with at least one girl per team.

Each participant for both tournaments must complete a 2011 Release form with parent/guardian signature. Each participant must also complete a Junior or Senior High Registration Form. Click the link below to the Release Form and Registration Forms:

Cost is $5 per participant or $30 per team.

Trophies awarded for each player in the top 3 teams for each tournament.
